Q: I am interested in your services; how do I get started?

Q: Who is eligible?

The ADW program is for people who:

ADW members cannot be paid caregivers in another waiver program or the West Virginia Medicaid Personal Care Services program. 


Once someone is acce​pted, an opening for the program must be available to participate in the program.    


 

Q: I already have homemaker services with another agency; can I change agencies without losing my services?

Yes! It is your right to choose which agency is best for you.

 

Q: What if my homemaker is off work and I need help?

We will work on scheduling a substitute homemaker, and we will always strive to meet your needs if you let us know you need help.

 

Q: Can I call the office after work hours?

Yes. Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, but we can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All after hours calls will be returned in a timely manner. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

 

Q: Do you have a Nurse Supervisor on call?

Yes, we have a nursing supervisor on call and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
